Every project tells a story, and this one is about transforming an existing building into MA Bank’s new Kirksville branch.
With several MA Bank locations nearby, it was important that this facility reflect the same quality, safety, functionality, and recognizable identity that define the MA Bank brand. MECO’s architects and engineers worked to create a modern, efficient, future-ready banking facility that provides greater comfort for customers and employees, incorporates sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, and offers the convenience of drive-through banking.
One of the project’s greatest challenges was adapting and expanding the existing building on a site with challenging topography, while completely remodeling the facility to meet MA Bank’s architectural standards. Every detail was carefully planned to balance functionality, aesthetics, durability, and the bank’s established identity.
